Allen Court Interpreting is led by Fei Allen, a California-certified Mandarin court interpreter, supporting high-stakes dispute settings where accuracy, consistency, and controlled terminology matter.
Fei has an academic background in engineering, which supports work involving technical terminology, product/component naming, and exhibit-heavy records—common in patent and other high-technology matters.
Before focusing full-time on court interpreting and legal translation, Fei built and operated a manufacturing business, managing cross-border teams and tight timelines—an operations-driven background that shows up in clear coordination and reliable delivery.
Fei has supported a high volume of deposition and trial sessions, including commercial contract disputes, patent matters, and ITC Section 337 hearing workflows, with experience in high-technology records and exhibit-heavy proceedings.
Coverage is delivered through a credential-first bench with proven proceeding and courtroom experience. Credential details can be provided upon request. We coordinate closely with counsel and follow matter-specific requirements for sensitive materials, protective orders, and restricted document handling.
Primary language coverage includes interpretation between English and Mandarin (Chinese), Korean, and Japanese.
